NBT has signed a 15-year agreement with Nordisk Renting for a newly built warehouse and logistics property of 8,100 sqm. The agreement includes a future purchase option for the customer’s disposal of the property. NBT is wholly owned by Biblioteksentralen SA, which in turn is owned by municipalities and the Norwegian Library Association.

The facility is equipped with modern solutions that meet today’s ESG requirements, the facility is expected to receive BREEAM-NOR Good certification and energy class A. The facility has a strategic location in the Ringdalskogen logistics park between Larvik and Sandefjord in Norway.
