The City of Västerås have signed a 25-year agreement for a newly built nursing homes. The property built and developed by the seller, SBB, is a modern facility designed to meet the long-term need of the municipality. The property in Västerås was completed in 2024 year and consists of 80 apartments and meet high sustainability requirements with Miljöbyggnad Silver certification. The property is strategically located to optimize accessibility and service for the elderly.
