Kesko’s new K-Citymarket rises in Oulu’s Ritaportti – Nordisk Renting proudly involved!
A modern and spacious K‑Citymarket will soon be taking shape in the fast‑growing Ritaportti district of Oulu. The property, owned by Nordisk Renting Oy, is being developed with Nordisk Renting serving as the project’s financier and long‑term lessor.
The new K‑Citymarket Ritaportti, totalling approximately 12,000 sqm, will provide customers with a comprehensive selection of groceries and household goods, delivered through a modern, efficient shopping experience. A robust parking concept will support accessibility, featuring 300 covered spaces in a parking hall and an additional 430 spaces at ground level. Located directly along Highway 4, the site offers excellent visibility and seamless access for customers arriving from across the region.
Nordisk Renting’s tailored financing solution and long‑term lease agreement offer Kesko flexibility to support ongoing business development. The agreement also includes a buy‑back option, ensuring Kesko’s full control of the asset today and in the future.
