Nordisk Renting initiates a new strategic partnership with ABB

Nordisk Renting has acquired an industrial asset at Finnslätten in Västerås from Castellum. In conjunction with the purchase, new tailored agreements are established which offers ABB Motion flexibility, capital for improvements and development as well as control through buy-back options.

The asset contains circa 26,500 sqm lettable area and includes both production and office space for ABB Motion. The asset has been in use by ABB since it was built and is an important part of the location which is under great development.
