Nordisk Renting signs 15-year lease with Norsk Bibliotekstransport (NBT)

Nordisk Renting continues to grow with a new customer within in Larvik, Norway.

NBT has signed a 15-year lease with Nordisk Renting for a newbuilt storage and logistics asset  of 8,100 sqm. The agreement includes a call option to retain control and ownership of the asset. NBT is wholly owned by Biblioteksentralen SA which is owned by the Norwegian municipalities and the Norwegian Library association. NBT is a logistics company that offers third-party logistics services and storage of goods to the Norwegian market.

The asset is equipped with modern solutions which meets todays ESG requirements and is expected to receive a BREEAM-NOR Good certification and A in energy classification. It has a strategic location in Ringdalskogens logistics parc in between Larvik and Sandefjord in Norway.
