Our experience is based on several hundreds of collaborations with leading companies as well as municipalities and authorities in the Nordic region. Today we have close to 100 collaborations, a few of them are:

Sweden

A recurring customer where Nordisk Renting acquired a production and office asset in Västerås in 2023, where Nordisk Renting supports ABB Motion with the development of a strategic property and offers the possibility of repurchase in the future for the customers control.

New archive establishment in 2008 in partnership with Skanska. Over the years, Nordisk Renting has supported the Swedish Archive Authority growing needs through expansions of asset and energy efficiency improvements through, among other things, solar panels. The long-term agreement extends until 2041 and includes a buy-back option.

A care home where Nordisk Renting initially invested in a renovation and new construction for the municipality’s operations in 2003 when there was an increased need of capacity. In an agreement with Nordisk Renting, Hagfors municipality has the right to repurchase the property on several occasions until the current end of the agreement in 2031.

Finland

The relationship with Posti began in 2016 and the lease agreement has since been extended to include an option agreement that gives Posti the right to buy back the strategic asset. Nordisk Renting has also supported Posti with additional investments in the assets as their business develops and sustainability requirements.

The head office of Vantaan Energia, a municipally owned energy company, finds Nordisk Renting’s model with a buy-back option relevant. Nordisk Renting has supported the customer with significant renovations to modernize and improve its facilities.

The cooperation with Kesko began in the early 2000s and has included several strategic assets for Kesko. The relationship includes a buy-back option and we work closely with the customer to support their development.

Norway

In 2024, NBT signed a 15-year agreement with Nordisk Renting for a newly built warehouse and logistics property, the agreement includes a future purchase. Nordisk Renting’s long-term approach and buy-back option suits NBT, the facility has a strategic position for the customer’s business, good construction technical standards and is well adapted for the future.

The relationship with Elvia, Norway’s largest electricity distributor, was established in 2006 when Nordisk Renting acquired a portfolio of 15 substations at various locations in Oslo. The relationship has evolved to include a buy-back option for the customer to maintain control over strategic assets.

The relationship with Broedrene Dahl began in 1999 when Nordisk Renting acquired seven warehouse and logistics properties in the Nordic region. Since then, the relationship has developed with additional strategic assets. The relationship has also been strengthened through the collaboration with Optimera, a sister company within the Saint Gobain Group. Nordisk Renting has supported customers with additional investments to support their development.
